By accessing or using Countattac's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.
2. Description of Services
Countattac provides public speaking training services including:
- Individual coaching sessions
- Corporate training programs
- Workshop series
- Online resources and materials
- Consultation services
3. User Responsibilities
As a user of our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Attend scheduled sessions punctually
- Respect our trainers and other participants
- Complete assigned exercises and homework
- Not record sessions without explicit permission
- Maintain confidentiality of other participants' information
4. Payment Terms
4.1 Fees and Payment
- All fees must be paid in advance unless otherwise agreed
- Payments are due within 7 days of invoice date
- Late payments may incur additional charges
- All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST
4.2 Refund Policy
- Individual sessions: 48 hours notice required for full refund
- Workshop series: Refund available up to 7 days before start date
- Corporate training: Custom refund terms apply
- No refunds for completed sessions or programs
5. Cancellation and Rescheduling
- Individual sessions may be rescheduled with 24 hours notice
- Corporate training requires 7 days notice for rescheduling
- Workshop series cannot be rescheduled once started
- Emergency cancellations will be considered case-by-case
6. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, and methodologies provided by Countattac are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:
- Reproduce or distribute our training materials
- Use our methodologies for commercial purposes
- Record or transcribe sessions without permission
- Share access credentials with third parties
7. Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality regarding:
- Personal information shared during sessions
- Business information disclosed in corporate training
- Individual progress and performance data
- Specific challenges and goals discussed
8. Limitation of Liability
Countattac's liability is limited as follows:
- We provide training services but cannot guarantee specific outcomes
- Individual results may vary based on effort and application
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages
- Our total liability is limited to fees paid for services
9. Professional Standards
Our trainers adhere to professional standards including:
- Continuous professional development
- Ethical conduct and integrity
- Respect for client diversity and individual needs
- Commitment to quality service delivery
10. Privacy and Data Protection
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
11. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through:
- Initial discussion and negotiation
- Mediation if necessary
- Arbitration under Australian law
- Legal proceedings in Victoria, Australia as last resort
12. Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement:
- With written notice as specified in individual agreements
- Immediately for breach of terms
- For safety or professional conduct concerns
- Upon completion of agreed services
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any legal proceedings must be brought in the courts of Victoria.
